I request loan of amount of rs2000 and disbursed 1100 credit in my account only.And then now it is showing that you have pay amount of rs 2011 on 21march to return back amount as,can explain me or call back me on my no 801149****

Loan is disbursing without my consent and agreement so kindly cancel the disbursing loan amount and close it

I am not able to return the loan even after trying many times and the customer care number is also from outside India, hence I am not able to talk to the company. I emailed the company but the company is not solving my problem.

Mercy, the representative that answered my questions on altering due date to align with paydate was noticeably good & efficient.

Mercy changed my date, but also took addl steps to make sure my acct was handled properly.

And during the entire call was so professional and warm/friendly. Sure knows her job well.

What a great rep.

Who ever owns this place need to shut it down,fire everyone in this place even the manager, they are rude, they yells at u and refuses to give u a loan after you paid them off.

In the application it shows the amount was disbursed and need to repayment but actually the I didn't recieve any from your side and can't access customer service through call also I need clarification and help from your side kindly do the needful

I'm not quite sure why you're asking for a review but it's all good. I think the girls at my Cashmax are absolutely awesome.

They've been very attentive when I call up there for any reason they do not act robotic.

They act like real people giving real customer service back in the good old days. But my girls up at my Cashmax they are right on the money

Not sure on why this is needed but the girls at my Cash Max office are the best. Their service is wonderful and they're very attentive when I call up there to the office. So to all the girls at my Cash Max office you are right on the money

It seems that Opp loans is the latest to be turned down on. But yet they take my information and get my routing number and then trash my credit report. My advice stay away from them!

You closed and now we cant get ahold of anyone to get title back. Horrible

I went here last October of 2016 after they continued to call me to come in I was a costumer yrs. ago borrowed $200 and paid it back with no problem This time I went because I really needed The money so I got $300.00 this time in Sept.

2016. I was paying them on time every month ok they started asking for $95.00 in October then next month November it went up to $105.00 so I was paying $95.00 first mo. October then 105.00 November and 105.00 December January $105.00 until I had paid over 400.00 January 2018 so I started thinking seems I'm over paying so I Asked them They said You are only paying the interest on the Loan I said I only got $300.00 and you keep like having me fill out paper work like I'm renewing the Loan and you Get 377.00 check each month to hold if I don't pay. I contacted Legal aide they said I don't have to pay anymore because I have paid but Cash Max will try and do a judgement for repayment I didnt want to go through that but They did fix it where I can pay them less each month until its paid.

Really repaying double what I borrowed like to the Sound of $700.00 In all looks like inside robbery to me They don't care about you All they want is Customers to keep thier business going but Its Unfair They All need to be closed. So I hope this Review help Someone Do All You can To Stay out of them places Cash Max Title Loans etc.
